What can you do with it?:
KeyFour Online can handle online orders, banquet reservation and catering from customers on the Internet. Other than that, KeyFour online can also be used in fast food restaurants.

There are as many as four key functions:

First Function (Fast Food): This is the major function that can be used for fast food restaurants like McDonalds andBurger King. Click Here to Try

Second Function (Fast Food Self Service): It can be used as a self service system by placing several machines in front of your restaurant for customers to order by themselves without employee interaction. Click Here to Try

Third Function (Dining Self Service): By putting one machine for each table, you created a dining self service system. Customers place orders by themselves without employee's interaction.  Click Here to Try

Fourth Function (Internet Ordering): If you setup an internet server, you have created an internet ordering system. Customers can place orders or book a banquet to your restaurant from home or work place,  Click Here to Try

Features:

  1. Have banquet and catering reservation functionalities. Alarm will sound when a new reservation arrival.

  2. Image rotation order feature. From a set of rotated images, clicking the images to order.  
  3. Kitchen alarm will sound to signal a new order arrival. You can concentrate on your job without delay processing new orders.
  4. Cook right after ordering, waiters don't have to get in kitchen.
  5. Can use Dish ID and abbreviation for fast ordering.
  6. The system uses open architecture design, which enables you to create HTML order pages. By putting dish images on the page for customers to browse, and order a dish by clicking on the image.

  7. Record takeout customer's address, so you don't have to enter it next time.
  8. Orders can be printed to kitchen.   
  9. All calculations will be done by the system, the bill will be ready when customer ready to leave.

  13. Easy to use, it takes only three steps cycle to complete serving a customer. The four steps are "New", "Menu/Pick/Order" and "Confirm". Anybody can learn it in 5 minutes.
